The State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan Republic (Azerbaijani: Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Statistika Komitəsi) is a governmental agency within the Cabinet of Azerbaijan in charge of collection, processing and disseminating statistical data on the economy, demographics and other sectors of activity in Azerbaijan Republic. The agency is headed by Arif Valiyev.
Why Statistics Committee needs a new branding?
The existing logo creates a number of problems for use. Thin elements on the logo are not visible in small size areas. Stretching the typography part greatly harms the image of the logo. In general, the old style of the logo does not allow to create a certain modern style. In conclusion, we need a more modern, original, simple, serious logo for the Statistics Committee.
