Kashubian legends, called Devil Stones (Diabelskie Kamienie), inspired
me to design a series of 4 products famous for this region of Poland.
Devil Stones, Devil Boulders - erratic boulders brought by the ice sheet
from Scandinavia mainly to the northern part of Poland. Sometimes the
name is also used to refer to peculiar rock occurrences of non-glacial
origin. In the old days settlers did not know how such large boulders
could have appeared on these lands, hence there were many legends
that it was the devils who brought them to these lands.
Each product is assigned its own name which is also not accidental.
This is the name of the perceived devilish stones found in Kashubia.
