Hands Full of Fear are sculptural textile forms with which I examine  the idea of alchemising fear suppressed in human body through shapes, colours and repetition. By exploring myself through the meditational process of creation, I search for the roots of my own fears, feeling in the body the sensations thereof. I thereby transfer the fear out of my body to newly created textile bodies - accumulated forms of stuffed textile sculptures literally filled with fear.
