Phone House Rebranding

A clickable identity

Phone House is the leading distributor of telecommunications and home services in Spain. To mark its 25th anniversary, the company decided to contact us to improve the prestige of its brand by renewing its visual identity.

First, we updated the logo, turning the horizontal bar that underlines the name into a message in itself. The new Phone House highlights what is important to the brand: mobiles, people, and homes. Therefore, the bar emphasizes these three concepts (included in the name) through three different colors, which are part of a new palette.

Based on the logo and message we uncovered, we developed a system where the three colors are implemented as sliding modules that are interlinked, guiding and changing according to the client's communication requirements. To enhance the pieces' three-dimensionality, we added textures to these modules.

One of the missions of the new identity is to boost the company's new strategic plan to further enhance the expansion of its physical stores and become an e-commerce that will amaze the consumer.

To meet this objective, we developed a system applicable to all communication pieces, including the website, social networks, banners, etc. We selected a new typographic family and created a series of icons, which we combined with photographs of real people to add closeness to the messaging.

In some cases, Phone House shares physical space with Fotoprix. Designing the way these two brands coexist was a challenge. To solve it, we created a slogan that could communicate the values of both brands: customer service and technology. That slogan is: "You make us click."

That is how we evolved the brand, adding dynamism, attitude, and innovation to its identity without compromising its high degree of recognition in the market.
