UX Research - UOL (2011)

The Client
UOL is a content provider with more then 20 products on its portfolio.

The challenge
UOL have had a few experiences with formal researches through external partners, but it was not effective. My challenge was to revive this culture among the product analysts and to sell this to the business areas.

Process
I started with a few guerrilla user researches outside my daily activities. The first year, I was able to make six researches.
Next year, it had grown to 22 formal and informal researches to different products and I was managing a team with 6 UX Researches. This number kept expressively growing by the next year.

Besides quantitative and qualitative research, we provided training to others professionals.
