Los Angeles personal trainer Nick Mitchell believes the modern supermodel knows there's more to health and fitness than fad diets and endless cardio. She also talks about staying in shape on the go. "If I have a gym in my hotel, I wake up and do a quick workout or run outside to see the place I'm visiting. Another good thing I do is pack a jump rope and spend ten minutes in my room in the morning." to increase my heart rate.

Another model with a great figure is Emily Ratajkowski. You can often see the brunette beauty in a teen bikini on her Instagram. When it comes to her exercise routine, you would think that she works out intensely, right? Error! The model told InStyle that she keeps it simple by walking and doing yoga. “I have a yoga studio near my house that I go to once a week,” Emily tells me.

The blonde beauty works out on the go and even Face Times with her trainer to burn those calories. Gigi uses a combination of weight training and boxing to keep herself in top shape. To get those ripped abs, Gigi does planks and crunches on the bike. When she is asked how she feels after a great workout in a Reebok movie, she replies: "Alive. Cheerful. Powerful."

When Kendall isn't working out with her personal trainer, the gorgeous brunette does her 11-minute basic workout, which she does at home. Kendall targets her core and does thirteen perfect abs-toning moves. These exercises include different types of planks, bicycle crunches, and leg raises. Check out Kendall's full workout below!

1. Forearm plank for 30 seconds.
2. High iron for 30 seconds.
3. Side plank for 15 seconds.
4. Side plank with abs: 5 repetitions on each side.
5. Alternate plank of arms and legs for 15 seconds.
6. Rock the board for 15 seconds.
7. Plank from knee to elbow: 5 repetitions on each side.
8. Standard Crunch for 20 repetitions.
9. Bicycle crunch for 30 seconds.
10. Vertical contraction for 20 seconds.
11. Frog Crunch for 15 repetitions.
12. Twisted Crunch for 15 repetitions.
13. Leg raises for 15 on each leg.

She is also known for her kung fu training, which she practiced at night until two weeks before the birth of her son Benjamin.
