etymology design directions
In this brief we were assigned at random a society to create directional signs for, which would be specific and only recognised by that certain society. I was given the etymology society (history of words).
I designed 'right' and 'downwards' by using their ancestral forms from history in white, and highlighting the present modern day word in black.
