Blangkon
Blangkon is a men's cover or headband in the Javanese traditional dress tradition. Generally, it is made of interwoven plain cloth or with decorative patterns (batik). The cloth is folded, wound, and sewn so that it looks like a hat that can be worn directly.Behind the blangkon there is a deep philosophical meaning, in the form of hope in life values. The ancient Javanese people believed that a man's head had a serious and special meaning so that the use of blangkon had become daily clothing or mandatory clothing.
