The theme of the project is a public facility, the main part of which includes a bazaar function. The watchword shaping the idea of the premise is INTEGRATION. The designed residential buildings that constitute the immediate surroundings of the facility are erected in the technology of prefabricated wooden modules to a height of three stories. In contrast, the remaining surrounding area consists of residential buildings with a height of ten or more stories. Due to the fact that the area selected for the service is located at the junction of the two types of development, the object was designated as an element that unites them. At the same time, the whole premise is a simulation of the solution of an exemplary housing development based on the found needs and necessities, and its location can be varied in terms of the areas of Ukraine.

As a solution to these issues, a systemic approach to the object is proposed, where its structure is made up of three components, with different functions and designed on the basis of different technology. This makes it possible to adapt the final form of the bazaar to the existing location by combining the presented components. The project presents an example of the shape of the object, taking into account the designated location. The base form is a core with a bazaar function with an inner courtyard, where one of the exits to the underground shelter is located. It is solved using prefabricated steel technology, and its height is a reference to the scale of the planned residential development. The second component is a segment of seven stories, which houses functions such as a café, exhibition spaces and workshops. This component is intended to neutralize the scale of the adjacent tall buildings and act as a dominant feature. It is made using mixed technology, involving prefabrication of elements. The last component was made in Unihouse module technology just like the designed residential development.
The proposed height of four floors is an element that integrates the other two components. The lower floors house stores, while the higher floors house office and administrative areas and open office spaces. The segments are created on a 3x3m grid, assuming that it can be managed with a stand system adapted to these dimensions. This module was also used to shape the floor of the outdoor space, which organizes the organization of outdoor trade fairs using the same stand system. The final form of the building was shaped in such a way that the main public spaces were oriented towards a second building with the function of a kindergarten designed by other teams within the same estate.
