CAD Modeling for Reverse engineering

Reverse Engineering Of 'Daily Use Stationery Objects' using CAD software.

Reverse engineering for 1) paper punch and 2) paper stapler.
Hello everyone, I Hope you all are doing well
So here I'm back with the new project were I have deconstructed product to figure out how it was built. In computer-aided design (CAD), a model is usually built the opposite way i.e. from an original design to a prototype.

Three common steps for reverse engineering

Information extraction: The system/ object is disassemble into it different constituent parts and then measured using measuring instrument like mini scale, vernier calliper etc and also by using scanner.
Modeling: Abstracting the collected information into a conceptual model.
Review: Testing the model to see if it has been successfully reverse-engineering.

For CAD Modeling Catia software is been used.

1) paper punch: CAD model for 'Kangaro DP-280'

2) Paper stapler: CAD model for kangaro HD-10D
This is how I have made two CAD models using reverse engineering.

Thank you.
