Client: Help Desk Technology Corporation.
Target Audience: IT Professionals in need of help desk software with a secondary focus on professionals in need of a work-flow solution.
Concept: To make the landing pages when we send out mailers consistent with our brand, with the goal of having people either call HelpSTAR or try the demo of our software.
Design Issues: Challenges were few on this project. There was a little bit of work with the Development and Quality Assurance Departments to insure it was working as well if not better than the previous landing pages that were little more than an image and 4-5 buttons. I needed to keep in mind throughout the process that our tracking needed to stay the same. This need to be taken into consideration throughout the build.
Design Process: This project went ahead and was approved very quickly. Using our new website as a guide, I mocked up a few options in Photoshop and then built the approved design in Dreamweaver.
Outcome/Results: I don’t yet have results for this project as it has just gone live and the Mailer has not gone out yet. However, I anticipate success.
