CONCEPT OF A SPECIALIZED RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX FOR 5 THOUSAND RESIDENTS.
The Project developed in collaboration with Kutsevych+Partners.
Living in the complex is intended for the elderly, people with reduced mobility, and large families. Also, part of the complex is designed to provide housing to people whose property was lost as a result of destruction during the war in Ukraine.
The complex is powered by renewable energy. Garbage recycling will take place on site using ecological methods. waste processing will additionally be converted into energy. The territory of the complex is divided into zones with different types of housing (townhouses, multi-apartment residential buildings of the sectional type), also on the territory there is a rehabilitation center for people with reduced mobility. All zones with residential buildings are united around a large recreation and park zone located in the center. There are also public buildings for maintenance in the complex.
