Pancho's is a traditional casual Mexican restaurant based in Kansas City. It is open 24-hours a day but caters to both families and the youth group that is out and about until the early morning. Their current branding is dated and unappealing so I wanted to give it a new brand identity that plays off of how it is handmade and traditional but still exciting. I changed the name to Poncho's and these are the rebrand elements that I came up with:
