Design system for leading Swedish business education specialist Informator.

While working at Gyro I created a new design system for Sweden's leading business education specialist Informator. The brief was simple; create a clean and simple visual device that communicated success and achievement. The laurel wreath is a powerful  symbol of victory from the fields of athletics and combat in ancient Greece, so took it as our starting point and we drew our own stylized wreath device, rotating it slightly to the right, to suggest wings in the act of lifting, and gave it a red tone gradient.

Legibility, relevance and recognisability were key client requirements. That the logo is still in use today, almost 15 years later, is a cause for pride.
