Lies That I Have Eaten
Lies That I Have Eaten is an outlet to examine the negative messages I have imbibed and regurgitated. It is an attempt to spit out the ideas perpetuated by American culture that instill shame and self hatred. I have eaten far too many ideas that make me feel ashamed of my body and self, and this book is one in a continual stream of efforts to recognize these messages as false and destructive.
