For Avant-goût magazine, I capture moments in the kitchen where great chefs explain step by step their working process with the products found at Grand-Frais, thus offering readers the opportunity to reproduce their recipes at home. The structure remains the same: presentation of the ingredients, portrait of the chef, close-ups of the techniques, and finally, the final dish.​​​​​​​
I also produce reports on producers of fruit, vegetables, cheese, fish, etc., revealing the working methods of each, aiming to achieve the quality sought by the consumer.​​​​​​​
In collaboration with the editorial team, we design numerous portraits of the brand's employees, which are featured on the back cover. The aim is to reflect the positive spirit of the group through positive and colorful images.
