The challenge of the Peugeot Osmos was to combine two different target groups with their own needs into one single product.

The two different target groups identified as the city rider and the social glider; the first being young and adventurous, the second being of older age and looking for a more relaxing
mobility product.
 
This contradiction makes the final product interesting for a
broad range of people, closing the gap between young and old.

Then we've created a foam board shape to validate the ergonomy of the concept. The goal was to make a shape that could work, both on glider and rider position.
Then we've realized a 3D model from the bodystorming to validate ergonomics points. The 3D helped us to realize the model.
To create a fast full size prototype, we've decided to use pieces of foam board. So we did a 3D model of the vehicle without any curve, using a polygonal software (Blender) and to know how to draw shapes on the flat foam board, we've used the "Unwrap" fonction, mostly used for 3D texturing. 
 
It makes the prototyping very easy, you simply need to project the flat pattern on the foam board, cut it, fold it and glue it. Shapes can be realized in small scale first.
