Vision
The project addresses several important points, including : Achieving affordable housing and adopting the concept of the core houses in the design of homes and using sustainable materials in construction to reduce costs and relying on the renewable energy inherent in solar panels and wind turbines; Taking into account the connection with the neighboring communities in the design through the promotion of work and social participation and the creation of arenas for the performance of different activities and the ease of communication with the external and internal community through the paths of movement; In addition to solving the problem of flooding through the structural system that relies on barrels to raise the building during the high water level and protection from rain through the design of pitched roofs.
