The brief was for new designs for a series of publications, what would have a common house style in keeping with a new website already in existence, and would be published both electronically and in print. As PDF is the format preferred by most subscribers, a landscape page format was proposed, which allows the optimum volume of text and image content to be viewed on a landscape monitor screen without scrolling. Fund Radar First Sight, is a brief report providing an initial analysis of the previous month's fund movements immediately after the month end, whereas Fund Radar Second Sight, published some time later, provides a much more detailed analysis for each month. Fund Radar Review, is an annual report bringing together data for the whole financial year at the end of the fourth quarter. FCI Radar  is a more narrowly-tailored report produced in confidence for a separate subscriber base, and Demand and Innovation: A report on product strategy is an example of a one-off report from the same stable. bearing the same house-style branding. In all cases, the brief was to produce an initial design, and page layout and data chart templates that can then be used in-house for future production.
