The Thrift Throne

For our Hackathon presentation, we were required to create something that solved a current issue. On the weekend, the guys will usually come over to the dorm to play madden and hang out, and we have a lot of fun, but the problem is that there needs to be more chairs for everyone to sit comfortably. So I decided to use my creative skills and create a chair out of a 32-gallon trash can. The throne is stuffed with a queen-size comforter that is folded up in the base of the garbage. This provides the proper comfort for the throne while pillows line the back, supporting the individual sitting down.
