Bid proposals: Below are some bid proposals I've worked on for different clients. Some are just print and others involved PowerPoint presentations. See descriptions of the projects below.
Above and below: These are the printed handouts for new client proposals for Ivie. I was responsible for the layout and design. Some of the graphic elements were already existing, like the Ivie at a Glance, although I did make edits to it. Size is 11" x 17". There is another 2-page version of "The Ivie Vine" that was more newspaper-like sized at 10" x 21". Projects were created with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
There were also companion PowerPoint presentations that I worked on. That involved making the template from provided graphics and working with the managers on the graphics & text that was then handed off to them for finalization.
Below are sample pages from the RFP (Request for Proposal) document of the Bartlesville Development Corporation. I was responsible for taking the information and putting it into a cohesive format and adding graphics when needed. These proposals usually included architectural/land surveys, cost tables, etc.
This 75-page proposal with cover and divider tabs was created for the Bid Steering Committee and the Bartlesville Visitors Bureau. My job was to take the provided information and turn it into a visually-appealing proposal. I also needed to create some graphics, such as the map, and added some of my own photos to enhance the story. These are a sampling of the pages.
Created with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
These are a sample of slides from the companion PowerPoint that was used during the presentation to the search committee. Again I was responsible for creating the template and putting the information into a visually-appealing presentation.
