Unwind - Youth Speak Forum 2023
An event conducted by AIESEC in Sunway by youths for youths consisting of powerful talks and skills-building workshops. It empowers young people to understand how they can contribute to the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
The theme for the year 2023 is 'Unwind' to help youths with mental health conditions to embrace their past and themselves. It is all about befriending the past that's disturbing them and could be anything from toxic relationships to childhood trauma.
