Client: Ukrainian betting and entertainment-industry company, Parimatch Tech.
Portal is an internal space platform providing information and connections, delivering services and giving fun and socialization experience for its users.
✦ We use informational field [news, event announcements, info blocks] as a web connection for users and as a place for their activity on a platform.
✦ We provide services, which helps our users to improve and automate their work processes.
✦ We use social media and gamification scenarios and mechanics to get a full cycle interaction. For user experience has been balanced between consuming and creation patters. [Creation posts, reacting, commenting, giving feedback, backward impacting the platform]

After first iteration of usability testing and interviewing we're defined:
✦ Users need more personalization content according to their interest. So we gonna optimize news feed in two directions: a) personalization feed by the users top viewing topics b) by the region (recently appeared need related with relocational tendency in a company)

✦ Users need more fun, so we gonna dilute news feed with some enjoyable non-corporate topics. We have already developing end-to-end platform game which consist of collecting scenarios, user-to-user interactions, account growth options and some fun mechanics.
✦ Users appreciate every drop of UI dedicated to people. "A human needs a human". Thats why our platform aims to be further about community and to highlight role of a person in corporate world.
