Problem

The problem the company aims to solve is the difficulty and inefficiency of finding and hiring reliable and trustworthy housekeepers for home cleaning needs.

Many homeowners face challenges when trying to find a housekeeper who meets their specific requirements and is available on short notice. Housekeepers also face challenges when trying to find work, as they often have to rely on word-of-mouth or other non-digital methods to find clients.

The goal of the project is to create a platform that addresses these issues by providing an easy-to-use, efficient and secure way for homeowners to find and hire cleaners, and for cleaners to find work.

My Role

As a UI/UX Designer, my role in the project was to design two mobile applications - one for homeowners to appoint housekeepers, and second for housekeepers for the purpose of landing jobs and managing appointments.

My main task was to design a user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and understand for both target audiences. This includes designing the user experience, design system and UI of the applications. The applications should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms to ensure maximum accessibility for users.

My goal was to create an intuitive and seamless experience for users by carefully considering their needs, preferences and making the platform user-friendly, efficient and visually pleasing for everyone.
