There are more than one explanation to the poster.
1. Anyone with mental health issues should reach out to others for help and support, they may never know how much the others want to help them. They don't have to pretend to be happy.
2. Even if we try our best to put our best effort to look happy, deep inside our mind may seek help or crying out in silence.
