“May Queen” Is an art piece created during my final month at Cranbrook Kingswood. I wanted to make something to commemorate the Kingswood Weaving Studio and the amazing instruction I had there under Lynn Bennett-Carpenter.
The piece is inspired by Loja Saarinen’s “May Queen” which hangs in the dining hall at Kingswood.
