The construction of Lotus Residence, one of our exterior design works, continues in Mozambique. Plastic composite, glass and metal were used as facade design materials.
Dış cephe tasarımı formu olarak ortada daralan, giriş ve çatı katlarında ise açılan bir açı kullanıldı. Bu açısal form binanın kırılım aksını gösteren iki adet ok gibi görünmektedir.
As a form of exterior design, an angle that narrows in the middle and opens in the entrance and attic floors is used. This angular form looks like two arrows pointing to the refractive axis of the building.

One of the most important aspects of exterior design is store designs. The stores located on the ground floor are the points where the details of the exterior design of the building are seen most at eye level. In the Lotus Residence project, we attached great importance to store design.

Of course, exterior design does not end with only designing the surfaces of the building visible from eye level. It is part of the exterior design in areas such as the roof terrace. In this project, we created a pool area on the roof to take advantage of the magnificent ocean view as much as possible.
Havuz alanının arkasında kalan alan için ise bir cafe tasarımı yaptık. Böylelikle özellikle geceleri apartman sakinleri bu kata çıkarak hem şehrin muhteşem manzarasını izleyebilecekler hem de gürültüden uzakta evlerine yakın bir huzur ortamında vakit geçirebilecekler.
We designed a cafe for the area behind the pool area. In this way, especially at night, the residents of the apartments will be able to go up to this floor and watch the magnificent view of the city and spend time in a peaceful environment close to their homes, away from the noise.
