About Project:
The Creat(OUR) World critiques the right of creative production by demonstrating the
work progress of an avant-garde artist. A question to the source of inspiration, personal
context and background involved in the production, and how much individualism goes
into the work. The narrative of the project was visualized and told through video
presentation (series of animated images) that includes the architecture, form of space,
artifacts, old archive, movement, and sound.

Did you ever get the urge to build a model that you yourself could walk into or to create an actual building or construction?
- Constant Nieuwenhuys -
"No, I’ve never felt a need to do that. New Babylon is an idea. I’ve always called it an illustration. An illustration to my story about another form of urban construction. I made some models for this, here, in this space, but also limited by the space."
