( 2 basements + G + M + 60 floors ) - LOCATION: Sheikh Zayed Road - next to Sofitel Dubai Downtown
MY ROLE: Architectural concepts and submissions - Supervising and snag-lists preparation - Design interiors and landscape - Shop drawings.
I joined the Project team beyond skeleton construction stage till the completion.
Mainly involved in preparing architectural concepts for different uses, finishes and snagging, design and prepare landscape drawings and RTA and DM submissions.
