The world’s climate is changing and the unusual number of extreme weather events may be a prelude to what is to come if no action is taken. As a small and low-lying island, Singapore is vulnerable to the effects of climate change. Hence, every one of us is a stakeholder in addressing climate change as we will be affected directly or indirectly by its impact. 

While climate change is a challenge, it is also an opportunity for Singaporeans to create a more sustainable future for all. Every individual’s participation counts because collectively, our actions and partnerships will enable the nation to tackle this challenge more effectively.
