Sales Incentive Program
The Challenge

Cell C, One of South Africa’s largest mobile service providers needed a creative way of introducing their new sales incentive program to their sales staff. 

The Idea

We created a character named Mr. C. who would educate, motivate and intimidate the staff. Basing the campaign around a number of humorous but intimidating videos, he would remind the staff to “get off the gravy train” and ensure their sales are tip-top. Clips were also posted of his recent visits to reward achieving staff and showcase the entertaining “punishment” he dishes out to those that don’t.
