PROBLEM
A group of creatives too busy to get to know each other.
 
SOLUTION
Connect the team by creating a space that allows them to get to know each other better – because the better you know someone, the better the work you create together.
 
IDEA
With no time for physical team building, we went digital and created connectEd, our own social networking group on Twitter. By using Twitter we got first-hand experience in a medium that has now become a necessity to our campaigns.
We created a book that contained short biographies of the team. These bios were compiled by the team’s copywriters and interpreted into unique designs by the team’s designers and art directors. Pages from this book of team bios became the unique skins for our connectEd Twitter pages.
 
RESULTS
The team got connectEd and still tweet daily sharing thoughts and ideas Twitter proved to be the perfect platform to solve our business problems.
