Going Down Swinging (#33 and #35)

In the years since, GDS has produced a journal every year, taking all manner of shapes and forms, working in mediums from flash fiction to animated film to spoken word. Steady throughout has been a commitment to the unexpected, a hunger for interesting work. I have had the opportunity to collaborate with the GDS team for two issues (#33 and #35), each responding to an over arching thematic thread in the issue’s selection of writing. It has been an exciting, inspiring process and a chance to work with some incredibly talented people breaking new ground in creative writing.
