The main goal of the project was to create a comfortable, varied, inspiring, friendly space that can have a beneficial effect on the emotional state of a person. Improving the comfort of the urban environment, inextricably linked to the critical principle of reducing stress and ensuring mental health, is one of the fundamental design goals.

The diversity and liveliness of architectural motifs, emphasized anti-homogeneity and non-aggressiveness of the environment with a multi-level organization and complex facades, brightly lit by the showcases of the first floors, accentuate the feeling of openness and security, stimulate the desire to explore and cognize the surrounding space. Cozy private courtyards act as zones of peace and relaxation. Variable height and scale is a wise compromise between the required building density and proportionality to the person, offering a rational interpretation of the principle of urbanization.
