Razin Architects team has designed a residential and hotel included a lounge for the boaters who wanted a space their family could use as an alternative quiet retreat to their main house. This 3-storey building provide a leisure environment with a significant Seaview that facing Singapore border. The idea of façade that enveloped the lounge draws inspiration from the flight of stingray through water that creating a fine edge profile for customers to sit under the shelter and enjoy the sea view.
