After World War II, the state was founded in the eastern part of Soviet-controlled Germany (GDR), and Soviet assimilation led to the construction of many modernist buildings that symbolize socialist culture. Thinking the Cold War through East Germany, mutual distrust and prejudice is the cause of the Cold War conflict. By learning about the positive aspects of socialist culture, we can strive to eliminate prejudice and be more objective and consider things more objectively.
