Overview

When we first met with the team at Connect, they were providing recruitment services as two distinct brands. They found many of their clients were not aware of the full breadth of their cross sector capabilities and as a result they were missing potential business opportunities. Their team were also finding the application of their brands to be time consuming and inefficient, with separate websites, social media accounts and marketing materials to create and maintain.

In addition, the brands were both dated from a visual standpoint and no longer represented the future business direction. The team felt this was impacting their perceived trustworthiness and professionalism when clients compared them to competitor brands. 

Connect approached us to help them create one unified brand identity. By rebranding, they hoped to reduce inefficiencies, minimise missed revenue opportunities, increase perceived trust and set their business up for future growth.
