The visual identity of the exhibition that, through a different perspective of the past, describes a decade of post-war Tito's Yugoslavia, from the ending of World War II to the first television signal broadcast in our region. The exhibition shows the development path of a specific socio-cultural community of a communist circle, from comrads to ladies, from marshall to dandy, from East to West, from shotguns to saxophones, from parades to store lines, through the omnipresent cult of Tito, People's Liberation Movement, Brotherhood – Unity, and self-government.
The logo of the exhibition, along with its lavish catalog, series of posters and signalization of the setup all visually follow this dynamic period of social realism that, despite visible constraints and pressures, shows a monumental craving for utopia in life and art, which the astonished witnesses of these turbulent years of implementing socialism irresistibly felt.
