Inkitt Linkedin Playbook & Profile Consultations
Objective: To improve Inkitt's overall employer brand on Linkedin and provide an impressionable experience to potential candidates and potential stakeholders of what the people, culture, and values are like while working at Inkitt. 

Task: To work individually with Inkitt employees on how they can improve their own public profiles.

Deliverables: 
- creating a branded Linkedin Playbook (see attached source file) with a step-by-step guide for beginners on how to enhance their Linkedin profile.
- improving 15 different Linkedin profiles of Inkitt employees in Q1, 2022 to look and feel more authentic to the user.
- nominating Inkitt employees (through a curative process) to act as brand ambassadors by actively posting about their own role, company culture or professional projects and praising their team mates on their own profiles.
