Zeta Beta Tau Service and Philanthropy

A Princeton, New Jersey-based financial advisor, Justin Gelbman, CFP®, is the Managing Director of Investments at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. He was a founding member of the firm's The Princeton Sharpe Group in 2006 and has since earned several professional accolades, including being named to America's Top Next Generation Wealth Advisor list in four consecutive years. Justin Gelbman is also a member of Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT), the world's first Jewish fraternity.

ZBT's four pillars of service are brotherly love, integrity, intellectual awareness, and social responsibility. Regarding social responsibility, ZBT encourages its members to support local organizations through volunteering or charitable donations. These actions benefit communities and provide ZBT members with experience in leadership, goal-setting, and team-building.

While chapters and members can support whatever causes they choose, ZBT has four official philanthropic partners (ZBT Foundation, Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, and Jewish Women International, and Gift of Life). The ZBT Foundation funds scholarships and other personal development opportunities for ZBT members. Since 2002, ZBT has raised more than $1 million for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
