Objective: design a logo for J. US Bar & Cake, the international network of dance bars and cake shops.
Задача: сделать логотип для международной сети танцевальных баров и кондитерских J. US Bar & Cake.
J. US Bar & Cake in Krasnaya Polyana, which opened its doors to all the residents and visitors of the Olympic capital this winter, became the first establishment of the future international network. For the new brand, the owners decided to user the idea of culture mélange of the east and west. This can be seen in the name (J. US = Japan + United States) and in the menu, where one can find classic American burgers, traditional Japanese sushi and rolls, trendy music of the world music labels, and of course the unique atmosphere of the Russian hospitality in the heart of the Olympic events.
«J. US Bar & Cake» в Красной поляне, открывший этой зимой свои двери жителям и гостям Олимпийской столицы, стал первым заведением планирующейся международной сети. При создании идеи бренда владельцы решили остановиться на смешении двух крупных культур — азиатской и западной. Это нашло отражение как в названии (J. US = Japan + United States), так и в меню, где соседствуют классические американские бургеры, традиционные японские суши и роллы, модная музыка от мировых музыкальных лейблов и, конечно же, неповторимая атмосфера русского гостеприимства в самом центре Олимпийских событий.
When working on the logo for J. US Bar & Cake we were inspired by Japanese calligraphy, American club culture, and of course by the beauty of layered cocktails.
Создавая логотип J. US Bar & Cake, мы вдохновились японской каллиграфией, американской клубной культурой и, конечно, красотой многослойных коктейлей.
