The Eau Claire Area Economic Development Corporation's intent for the 2011 annual luncheon was to set a tone that acknowledged the successes of the past year while remaining sensitive to the economic climate at the time. "Extending Our Reach" became the theme for the luncheon and the new fiscal year, which reflected the Eau Claire Area EDC's goal of strengthening the local economy by building upon existing programs and activities to expand their positive influences.
