CONCEPT

Temperance is a premium brand of hard cider made from a blend of fresh, juicy apples from local orchards, that are carefully selected for their unique flavor and quality.
The apples are pressed and fermented for several weeks using a traditional method, resulting in a cider that is full of natural flavors. Then aged in oak barrels to produce a smooth and well-balanced cider. The brand prides itself on using traditional cider-making methods, resulting in a product that is free from artificial flavors, additives or preservatives.
With a range of flavors available, including classic apple, pear, and berry, there is a Temperance cider to suit every taste.
Temperance is perfect for sipping on its own or for pairing with a variety of foods, including grilled meats, cheese plates, and apple-based desserts.
THE IDEA BEHIND TEMPERANCE

The brand takes its name from the social movement in the late 19th and early 20th centuries that sought to reduce or eliminate the consumption of alcohol.
Hard cider is typically fermented for several weeks or even months, depending on the desired flavor and strength. This long fermentation process requires patience and a bit of "temperance" in order to produce the desired final product.
The name Temperance suggests moderation for consuming a premium brand and self-control for patience about the fermentation process.
