september 2022. Domaine de l'Arbre Blanc. I had the honor of participating to my first grape harvest in Saint-Sandoux, situated in beautiful Auvergne. A region in the center of France that I call home since 20 years. Fred and Carotte, the winegrowers, have founded l'Arbre Blanc, nourished by passion and guided by their respect towards the environment, producing some of the finest organic wines on the market.
