In November 2022, the concept and cultural space ink opened its doors in Appenzell. Together with mountain photographer Thomas Biasotto and SOLO Kaffee, HI Schweiz created a place that combines art, design and enjoyment, thus creating a cultural venue that is home to art exhibitions, concerts and quality craftsmanship.

As part of the founding process, HI created the entire corporate design and the corresponding website. For the opening, the journal "ink on paper" was designed and the in-house ink beer, including the beer mat, was branded.
