Riverside Garden
Riverside Garden or "Jardim Ribeira" is a mobile serious game made by the group Aquapunk Projects, students of the 4th semester of Game Design, finished on the 2nd semester of 2020.

The goal was to educate players on some Humanitarian Cause such as the one chosen: Basic Sanitation and how it can help save lives on Riverside Communities in Brazil.

Taking on the role of a rookie NGO volunteer, players must help improve the quality of life and sanitation in the small town of "Jardim Ribeira" using numerous water and sewage treatment technologies.

Players can buy and build plumbing systems, wells, cisterns, garbage disposals, and more.

"Meet the residents, watch the seasons change, and see the town grow before your eyes!"

I helped conceptualize the game, and I was the full responsible for the learning aspect of the game. I have programmed some aspects of the experience, such as all U.I. elements and interactions. I have also written the script alongside another writer.
Check out the game!
