Pranav is forced into attending taekwondo classes by his father and his patriarchal family, while his heart lies in learning kathak, wearing ghungroo and bindi - something only his sister is allowed to do by virtue of being a girl. What follows is the journey of Pranav finding his true self in one small but significant moment - when he puts on a bindi and accepts himself and his real identity.
Bindi won the award for best director at the Spectrum short filmmaking contest held by Maharaj Agrasen College, Delhi, India.
I worked on this as an actor, editor and cinematographer.
