In order to support a new strategic direction for our business, the OnForce Product and Technology teams were charged with redesigning our public-facing website to reflect new service offerings in later 2013. Partnering with our Marketing team, we crafted user workflows and information architecture, created an updated and contemporary visual design, and generated new copy and verbal branding.
My role as design lead touched all aspects of this project, which was completed on a very short timeline - approximately two months from project kickoff to delivery. I was a key driver for the new site information architecture and overall branding scheme, as well as the overall design look and feel. I worked closely with the content team to produce new headlines, taglines, and body copy, helping to ensure stylistic consistency. Further updates were undertaken to accomodate the new "Converge" product offering in early 2014.
