Gego – 100 Years
In occasion of the centenary of Gertrud Goldschmidt‘s «Gego» birth, a Venezuelan contemporary artist originally from Germany, we had the opportunity to collaborate with the Gego Foundation in creating a film that covers the various assemblies of her masterpiece «Reticulárea»
Words drawn from an interview, sounds of cutting and handling the materials reminiscent her work, shaped the musical basis, becoming the main thread of an emotive portrayal of her work as an artist.

En el marco del centenario del nacimiento de Gertrud Goldschmidt «Gego», artista contemporánea venezolana nacida en Alemania, tuvimos la oportunidad de colaborar junto a la Fundación Gego en la creación de un film que recorre los distintos montajes de su obra cumbre «Reticulárea»
Palabras extraídas de una vieja entrevista, sonidos de corte y manipulación de materiales que nos recuerdan su obra, formaron la base musical, resultando el hilo conductor de un emotivo recuento de su trabajo como artista.
