This project is a logistic note. It was designed for preparing Wiki Indaba 2022 event in Rwanda, which is an annual conference for representatives of Wikimedia communities and projects across Africa. One of the items designed was a logistic note for informing delegates from foreign countries about the hosting country. Delegates from Arab countries needed to know their religion rights, delegates from Europe needed to know the climate conditions, and an overview of Rwanda. I had to work with my workmates and client to get to the final tool to submit to the delegates.

On this stage we have to make more research about the country to make sure that the provided information is appropriate.

Delegates needed to know who reach out to in case of emergency or service provision that is why I came up with the idea of adding essential general phone numbers.

In the following pages you will the solution me and my team we gave to the delegates for visa application, working hours, transport means, restaurants and places to visit.
